"Citrus and Sage | Crafted Pour"

"Green Chartreuse and Eucalyptus is a combo I keep coming back to because it just works. I “rescued” the last of my purple sage (spoiler: it didn’t make the syrup purple) from the garden to make a nice herbal syrup to pair with, well, something, and this turned out to be it. A gimlet variant, a sour, a sidecar riff, a daisy (do we even use that term?), whatever you want to call it, this was a wonderful bracing sipper doing something I haven’t done in a LONG time: changing my base ratio for a sour. 2 oz, 3/4, 3/4 is my standard, but I decided to try this will a little less lime and a little more pizazz, and it came out awesome! It was delicious, fun, and damn strong, and if you’ve got the ingredients and are looking for something relatively simple give it a shot!", "undefined", "Citrus and Sage",
