"Funky Bunny | Crafted Pour"

"I’ve been really into Old Fashioneds again lately. I had another cocktail on schedule but after making two syrups I couldn’t justify making a third and decided to grab some odd bedfellows for another OF (cocktail, not video). Avua’s Oak Cachaça makes for a hell of a stirred and boozy but bosltered by the delightful botanical notes of Harahorn Gin gives me classic Tequila/Mezcal split vibes: the Gin simply supports here, like a smokey mezcal would underneath a smooth blanco tequila. Braulio comes in to up the alpine notes while Guinness syrup and Scrappy’s Choclate Bitters lean toward the malty chocolate. This drink is a really fun juxtaposition of flavors with everything supporting the Cachaça but surrounding it with a bittersweet and botanical deliciousness", "undefined", "Funky Bunny",
