"An off-sounding list of ingredients came together and made a cocktail baby. Mezcal and pineapple are fantastic bedfellows and charring the pineapple adds another layer of smokey complexity. An off-sounding list of ingredients came together and made a cocktail baby. Mezcal and pineapple are fantastic bedfellows and charring the pineapple adds another layer of smokey complexity. Ingredients:
- Mezcal
- Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Instructions:
Muddle pineapple in a shaker, add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake to chill, double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish.
