I made this drink off a hip hop music prompt: Giant by Banks and Steelz. I hadn’t heard the song but definitely vibed with the hook a lot: it talks about not giving up and playing the game. For them, hip hop. For me, cocktails, and especially at a time when I’ve entered more competitions than ever (and also have more drinks shot and ready to go then ever) I feel unstoppable. This is a deliciously bitter sour with some tropical flavors ignoring the weather around me!
Ingredients:
- Rey Campero Espadin Mezcal
- Sipsmith Gin
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large, clear cube. Garnish with a mint sprig
