"Lem Lav Love | Crafted Pour"

"Lem, Lav, Love, blech, I know, what a name, right? I’m channelling my inner middle-aged lady with this one but hey, it’s kinda clever at least. Liber & Co. released a brand new flavor: Lemon Lavender Cordial! Of course I wanted to taste it as soon as possible! The main thing that got me from the get-go was the bright yellow color! I knew I had to take this in a clear spirit and lemon forward direction, so gin was the move for sure with an assist from the equally vibrant Suze. I had no idea how sweet this was going to be (it’s 67% juice!) so I threw in some fresh lemon juice and hoped for the best. 1/2 oz was too sour so it took two tries but 1/4 oz balanced it out! Lots of powerful citrus flavor here with the floral cordial and bitters plus Suze’s gentian notes wrapping around the edges. This was really good and I’m excited to use this cordial again!", "undefined", "Lem Lav Love",
