"Hello friends! To celebrate Labor Day and the unofficial end of summer, I have a tropical drink from another defunct restaurant in NYC, Live Bait. My research tells me that this restaurant was rebranded in 2018 as a Mexican restaurant, Flats Fix.
Tonight's drink is a blue-green hued rum and citrus tropical drink that has pronounced pineapple and orange flavors, and the pineapple chunk garnish was a nice touch. I wish this turned out to be more blue than swamp water green, but all in all, it was a great drink to toast the end of summer. Cheers!",

I wish this turned out to be more blue than swamp water green, but all in all, it was a great drink to toast the end of summer. Cheers!
