"Stir Crazy | Crafted Pour"

"Okay, okay, this is definitely a Negroni riff and is absolutely wild flavor wise, like warring factions coming together and creating something crazy but beautiful. It’s basically a Mezcal Negroni+Mezcal White Negroni but with a ton of bitters to amp up the flavor and, well, bitterness. Some might think there’s too much going on to truly be enjoyable but to them I say phooey!Grapefruit hits on the nose and first sip which leads quickly to the Campari and Suze pushing against each other in a delicious battle. The vermouths support their respective partners and it all comes out surprisingly harmonious, with the strong profile of the mezcal anchoring the drink and pushing through on the finish. I always enjoy a good mashup and had a lot of fun with this one. Cheers!", "undefined", "Stir Crazy",
