The idea behind this drink was simple: bring coffee into a daiquiri. The key to this puzzle was pineapple, which pairs so wonderfully with coffee and obviously is right at home in a daiquiri. Add a bit of richness from a turbinado syrup, and complexity/seasoning from a touch of Fernet Branca, and we have ourselves a delicious cocktail!
Ingredients:
- Plantation Stiggin's Pineapple Rum
- Aged Rum
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Fine strain into chilled coupe and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and coffee beans.
