"Here is another one with one of our favorite Gins. @dentedbrickdistillery Bristlecone Gin. They use Bristlecone tips during the distilling process and the end result is absolutely delicious. 🤯
Today we are using their gin with apricot and creme de violet.
We love using apricot syrup in drinks because it's so versatile. It can sweeten a drink but it can also make it more bitter if used properly. 🍸
The apricot syrup we made was very low in sugar so we were using it as a bittering agent. That's why this recipe has a little regular simple syrup to balance out the drink. ⚖️
We combined apricot with creme de violet and the end result was both sophisticated and refreshing. This one goes down a little too easy for a martini ;)",
