Summer Breeze
By Logan Haining,
Made this cocktail during a cold snap this winter. Wanted to make something that reminded me of the summer. The name was inspired by the lyrics of Under the Northern Star by Amon Amarth.
🎵 Soon the lakes and seas will freeze
Snow will lay its veil
And we will long for the summer breeze
When we can set our sails 🎵
Ingredients:
- Unaged Agricole Rum
- Unaged Overproofed Jamaican Pot Still Rum
Instructions:
Muddle the Watermelon and Mint Leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients minus the Club Soda and shake with ice. Double strain into a brandy snifter over one large ice cube. Top with the Club Soda. Garnish with fresh lime zest over the top. Enjoy!
