"Flavor Composition: Honey+Citrus+Baking Spice
I built this recipe around the All-Sass nectar. Made with Gewurztraminer and Riesling grapes, i.e. grapes typical of the French wine-growing region Alsace, this nectar has a crisp tanginess to it while also being very floral. The cocktail starts with a base of Soju. Pick a variety that is inherently sweet and floral, I used Jinro Chamisul original soju for this drink. All-Sass compliments this soju beautifully, the tanginess bringing out the floral notes. This is then topped with some crisp, dry Prosecco and a final spritz of absinthe, making for a lovely low ABV sipper!",

Ingredients:
- Jinro Chamisul Original Soju
- Domaine Santé All-Sass Grape Nectar
Instructions:
Fill a wine glass with ice and add soju and grape nectar. Stir till they’re well mixed. Top with Prosecco and give a final spritz of absinthe. Cheers!
