Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Vodka
- Homemade 5 Spice Beet Shrub
Instructions:
1. Muddle honeydew melon, tarragon, and super lime juice in a smaller half of the Boston shaker.
2. Add vodka and 5 spice beet shrub.
3. Add ice and shake well.
4. Strain into a mason jar filled with ice.
5. Top off with ginger beer.
6. Garnish with tarragon and lime wheel.
