"Pea Gazpacho | Crafted Pour"

"As I close out my summer drinks, it was time to showcase one of my favorites from this season. With a big focus on vegetal flavors, I came up with this to explore how well the Prospect Gin from @twoeaglesdistillery would hold up in cocktails and it did not disappoint! Thank you for sending this over @teamcraftedpour! Flavor composition: peas+mint Another classic combination, another experimental drink! The gin plays a fantastic base for these flavors to shine through, with its citrusy notes of coriander seeds and earthy angelic root. Chartreuse adds an interesting layer to the drink, ensuring it tastes like a cocktail that has its origins in a soup! ", "undefined", "Pea Gazpacho",
