Ingredients: - Two Eagles Prospect Gin - Green Chartreuse Instructions: Add the frozen peas and mint sprig along with gin to a shaker and muddle till the peas break down. Add remaining ingredients without ice and dry shake. Add ice and shake again till chilled. Fine strain into a cocktail glass over ice and garnish with a mint blossom. Enjoy! Refreshing,Savory,Herbal
