Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Gin
- Coconut Liqueur
Instructions:
Put bell pepper slices and gin in a mixing glass and muddle till desired flavor is achieved. Add remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake till chilled, around 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mini pepper. Enjoy!
