"And We Twist | Crafted Pour"

"The latest bottle in my bar is a Limited Edition Barrel Aged Gin which was sent over by the kind folks at @dentedbrickdistillery @teamcraftedpour just in time for fall cocktails! Flavor composition: wine+fruit Initial thoughts about the gin? It’s delicious! Their award-winning cold-macerated gin is aged in Chardonnay Barrels from Hell’s Canyon winery in Idaho to create a beautiful spirit. It’s brought to proof with artesian, limestone-filtered water, sourced directly from the springs of Rocky Mountains. On the nose, this gin is very oak forward. On the palette though, it’s surprisingly fruity. Today’s cocktail switches things up a bit, it opens nice and fruity and finishes dry. The recipe is clean, with just a handful of ingredients- the gin, Fino Sherry to highlight those lingering fruit notes from the aging process and Grenadine for a touch of sweetness that’s not too fruit forward. For a sweeter cocktail, increase the quantity to 0.75oz. The lime twist is a nice touch, it lightens the heavy flavors. The resulting cocktail is well balanced and a delight to sip on!", "undefined", "And We Twist",
