BOTRAN RESERVA BLANCA We created Botran Reserva Blanca because we wanted a white rum to boost our colourful Guatemalan cocktails.  AGEING Dynamic Ageing (Solera adapted). Blend of 3-8-year-old rums. Charcoal filtered.  CASKS Ex-American Whiskey Ex-American Whiskey Medium Toasted  TASTING NOTES COLOUR Straw yellow. NOSE Smooth and balanced. Notes of vanilla toasted wood and dried fruit. PALATE Pleasant soft and explosive. Citrus notes and vanilla. An unusual complexity for a white rum. FINISH Oak notes.   PERFECT SERVE Ideal for high-end colourful cocktails. Use to energise a Daiquiri or Rum Tonic.
