REVIVAL  Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey Distilled and aged its entire life in Tennessee this whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its mature flavors. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baking spices layered over a bed of toasted oak.  92 PROOF | 46% ALC./VOL  AGE: At least 5 years  NOSE: Aromas of caramel vanilla and oak with hints of charred wood and toasted grains.   PALATE: Smooth and lasting finish of caramel cinnamon and nutmeg.  Heaven‚Äôs Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled and aged for a minimum five years in new American oak barrels. The sour mash distillation process and non-chill filtered bottling allows this mature whiskey to remain consistent as well as create reliable flavor profiles that come from being aged in single story warehouses.

Heavens Door Revival Straight Bourbon

Heaven‚Äôs Door Exploration Series is all about pushing the boundaries of whiskey craftsmanship. With our master distiller‚Äôs guidance we explore new finishing methods to create unique limited-time offerings enriching the whiskey experience.  The series‚Äô debut is deeply rooted in French influence with carefully incorporated elements of product wood and technique. Its foundation is comprised of Heaven‚Äôs Door‚Äôs award-winning Tennessee Straight Bourbon whiskey finished inside freshly dumped Calvados Brandy casks. We then introduce an additional layer of complexity through medium-heavy toasted French oak staves.  Calvados an apple brandy from Normandy France matures for at least two years in the French oak casks before being filled with our Tennessee Bourbon. This imparts sought-after characteristics like fresh apple cider and baked apple brandy. Our new medium-heavy toasted French oak staves sourced from Quercus Petraea trees offer excellent aroma medium ellagitannins and high oxygen permeability.
