700 ml | 45% ALC. VOL. Mezcal Uni√≥n El Viejo crafted with a blend of Espad√≠n and Tobal√° agaves matured for between 6 and 8 years features notes of butter cinnamon wood and mesquite.  When enjoying neat it goes well with guava paste and fresh cheese.  El Viejo means 'the old man' in Spanish and it's a tribute to the old man from Oaxaca who inspired the founders to strive to bring unity and collaboration to the world of mezcal in order to preserve it and to name the brand Uni√≥n to serve that purpose. Mezcal Uni√≥n El Viejo is a blend of Espad√≠n and Wild Tobal√° agaves which have been matured for 8 to 14 years. This joven (un-aged) mezcal has robust flavor notes that make it ideal to enjoy neat or as the base for spirit-forward cocktails.
