Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

Coffee liqueur built on cold-brewed (rather than hot-extracted or instant) Arabica coffee, typically on a neutral-spirit or rum base. 20-25% ABV; less sweet, more bitter and aromatic than Kahlúa-style hot-extract coffee liqueurs (Mr Black, Tia Maria Cold Brew, St. George NOLA). The modern espresso-martini reference base.
