Ginger Beer

Non-alcoholic spiced ginger-forward carbonated mixer — water, sugar (cane or HFCS), ginger root (fresh or extract), citric acid, sometimes quillaia/yeast. Sharper, drier, and spicier than ginger ale; the defining mixer in the Dark 'n Stormy (traditionally Barritt's or Goslings), Moscow Mule, and Mule variants.
