Fresh honeydew melon prepared as a thin slice, wedge, or melon-baller sphere served on a cocktail pick. Pale green flesh with subtle sweet, floral, melon character. Signature garnish for the Honey Deuce (US Open) and used in melon-forward vodka, gin, and rum cocktails.
