Maple Rum

Maple-flavored or maple-cask-finished rum, primarily a Vermont/Quebec/Northeast U.S. and Canadian craft category, in which a base rum (often lightly aged) is either infused with pure maple syrup or aged/finished in barrels that previously held maple syrup.
