Planteray Mister Fogg Navy Rum is a navy-strength blend of Barbados (43%), Trinidad (36%), Guyana (17%), and Jamaica (4%) rums. After initial aging in ex-bourbon barrels in their countries of origin, the blend undergoes continental aging up to three years in used oak barrels and extensive oxygenation in large open wooden vats by the river L'Antenne — replicating the humid London naval-dock environment. Notes of dried fruit, orange peel, chocolate, vanilla, plum, and caramel.
