Plymouth Gin — a protected-designation gin style produced only within the city of Plymouth, England, by a single distillery (Black Friars). Seven botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, cardamom) yield a softer, earthier, slightly sweeter profile than London Dry, with cardamom giving a warm aromatic lift. Bottled at 41.2% ABV. Use in classic gin cocktails (Martini, Negroni, gin & tonic) where a less juniper-aggressive, more rounded gin is preferred.
