Raspberry Liqueur

Sweet, ruby-red liqueur made by macerating raspberries (or raspberry concentrate) in neutral spirit and sweetening, typically 15-25% ABV. Crème-de-framboise style. Used in Kir, French Martini, Floradora, Clover Club variations, and other berry-forward cocktails. Distinct from Black Raspberry Liqueur (Chambord-style, darker, herb-spiced) and from Raspberry Schnapps (lower-quality, higher-sugar fruit schnapps).
