Happy #CocktailWednesday! Election season has come to a close and, whether you’re celebrating today or questioning humanity, I think we’d all vote for a strong and tasty drink to provide a mid-week boost. The Electoral College (aka. Me) decided absinthe was the liquor of choice in this one, which was smoothed out with passion fruit and pineapple. ABSINTHE MINDED
