Happy #StPatricksDay! Today, we’re all a little Irish, including this riff on an Irish Mule. Using Canadian Whisky and Aperol, this drink is far removed from the Cliffs of Moher, but once a year, it loves to lean into its 2% Irish heritage to drink Guinness and whiskey. Sláinte! 🍻 🍎 APEROL A DAY 🍀
Ingredients
- 1.5 ozStalk & Barrel Canadian Whisky
- 1 ozAperol
- 1 ozApple Juice
- 0.5 ozLemon Juice
- 2 ozGinger Beer

Apple, Mint
Shake & Strain
Old Fashioned/Rocks
Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with apple slices and a mint sprig.
