In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters and a dried orange wheel. Enjoy!
Editor's Note
Aperol meets London Dry gin in this festive sour. The egg white provides a silky texture that carries the bitter-orange and botanical notes through to a clean, spiced finish.
