In Homer's famous poem, pears grow in the orchard of Alcinous and are considered one of the "gifts of the gods." When Portland-made Dappled Aromatic Tonic is combined with New Deal Pear Brandy and Oregon Pinot Noir, this low-ABV cocktail becomes a seasonal gift from the Pacific Northwest gods.
