Shaking things up with a Banana Rum Daiquiri! I went with 2 oz Tiki Lovers Banana Rum, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and .5 oz simple syrup—a simple build that turned out to be a fun new twist on a timeless classic. Bright, tart, and refreshingly balanced, with that smooth banana note adding a tropical layer that makes it feel like a vacation in a glass. A daiquiri with a little extra personality!
