Happy #StPatricksDay! I couldn’t let the day pass without mixing up a green Irish whiskey drink. I went savory with this Shamrock Mule by incorporating celery and bay leaf. Yes, a savory mule. About as rare as finding the pot of gold, a four-leaf clover, or catching a leprechaun, a little Irish luck and some tasty ingredients helped pull this one off.

Editor's Note
Bay leaf‑infused syrup and fresh celery juice turn an Irish Mule into a herbaceous, savory fizz.

This sounds like such a refreshing and creative take on a classic mule! Do you happen to have the recipe for your house-made bay leaf syrup so others can try making this at home?
