Blackberry Bramble

The Bramble is such a light and refreshing cocktail for the summertime. For this, I used Tonic Water however Club Soda is probably more common, or Ginger Beer. Or without all together I’ve seen a variety of recipes. I had tonic out for another cocktail I was making so I used that. It does lighten the cocktail up, but feel free to go whatever route you’d like.

Garnish with a blackberry and some mint. Enjoy! *Homemade Rich Blackberry Syrup Ingredients- 1 cup Blackberries 1 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Water Directions- In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat. Stirring occasionally and let boil for 5 minutes. Let cool and fine strain.
Editor's Note
A house-made blackberry syrup adds depth to this gin-based cooler. Tonic water provides a crisp, effervescent finish that keeps the drink light for warm weather.

This sounds very refreshing. It's like a traditional bramble and Collins had a child. Cheers
