Inspired by the recent crop of cherry tomatoes, I decided to make a Bloody Mary inspired cocktail with the amazing smoked rosemary gin from Junipero Gin with a tiny tomato garnish! I wanted the gin to do most of the talking for the flavor, so I left out a bunch of the spices and sauces that traditionally accompany a Bloody Mary, and it works nicely.
