Marina Ferreira, Botanica Inspired by the many strolls through the garden. This one was straight from the owner of Art Produce who recommended we use the mustard leaf in a cocktail. She was right, not only does it improve the color of the gin with a light pink tone, but it also imparts a gorgeous umami flavor. Straight from the garden for your pleasure.

Editor's Note
Mustard leaf infusion adds a savory, umami depth to this dry, botanical-forward Martini. A sophisticated riff that highlights garden-fresh ingredients.

This sounds delicious. How long do you infuse the gin for ?
