This version sounds tasty. Have you tried the 1908 version that most people think of when they think of a Brooklyn cocktail. It substitutes white vermouth for the sweet and use Amer Picon in it as well. Amer Picon is orange forward French liquor that is hard to find in the states, but we have Ventur
