Tonight’s cocktail is all about Brotherhood — a celebration of Irish and French spirits in perfect harmony. This one’s inspired by Charles Joly, one of the founders of Crafthouse Cocktails, but with my own twist using Writers’ Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey for that signature smooth, slightly honeyed character.
