1. Rim a rocks glass with cinnamon and sugar 2. Combine ingredients in Mixing Glass and stir 3. Strain into glass with fresh crushed ice 4. Garnish with apple slice --- Brown Sugar Simple Syrup --- Ingredients: • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar • 1 cup Water Directions: Combine in pot, bring to boil until sugar dissolves. Cool. --- Ginger Syrup --- Ingredients: • 1/4 cup Freshly Sliced Ginger • 1 cup Water • 1/2 cup Sugar Directions: Combine in saucepan and bring to boil. Cool, strain.
