Spirit Forward

I needed a winter warmer so of course I immediately had Stalk & Barrel Whisky on my mind. I wanted a stiff holiday cocktail, but the Canadian Christmas calls for Benedictine which I was fresh out of at the bar. I tried Green Chartreuse instead and I love the complexity it adds to this delicious and boozy winter libation.

Ingredients

2 oz
Stalk & Barrel Canadian Whisky

1 oz
Sweet Vermouth

.5 oz
Green Chartreuse

1 dash(es)
Orange Bitters
