I found myself missing my favorite cocktails from local bars during the pandemic and started recreating them at home. That led to a hobby and passion for creating my own cocktails. I love sharing my drinks with friends and family, but why stop there? So I've begun posting photos and accompanying recipes on Instagram. Now I'm here sharing the specs for those drinks on Crafted Pour. Cheers!...

First, add the cardamom pods to the base of your shaker and crack them open by muddling them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and shake with plenty of ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express a lime peel over the glass, then discard it. Garnish with a lime wedge. Cheers!
Editor's Note
Barrel-finished rum adds a woody depth to the classic Daiquiri template. Muddled cardamom pods provide an aromatic, spicy lift that lingers through the finish.
