Spirit Forward

Who loves grapefruit in their cocktails? We do. So, on this new cocktail we just added to the menu, we decided to go full citrus and play up the grapefruit with a little mandarin and cilantro. This one was so refreshing and had perfect Spring vibes, especially with a little Mezcal. Cheers 🥂 Also swipe left if you want to meet Noki (aka Pickles), our curious little kitten.

Mezcal Espadín

.25 oz
Mandarin Oleo Syrup

.25 oz
Simple Syrup

Cilantro Sprigs
