Here's one for those summer days!! Fruity, tart, hints of vanilla bean, and bitterness for lime cordial ( made from scratch using the zest of the lime peel) make up this delicious sip.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds to break up the frozen cubes. Strain and enjoy! Lime cordial Zest of 14 limes 24 oz simple Cold infused in the fridge for 3 days. Strain and use. Rich vanilla Demerara syrup 2 cups Demerara sugar 1 cup water 1 whole vanilla bean Place on the stove on low till the sugar dissolves. Let it sit till cool in the fridge. Strain and bottle
