To a shaker add: 3 cucumber slices 4 watermelon cubes .5 oz lime juice 1 oz Absinthia Absinthe Verte 1.5 oz Vodka Muddle, then add ice and shake. Strain into a copper mug with fresh ice. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a cucumber and watermelon slice and fresh mint.

Editor's Note

Absinthe adds a complex, herbal backbone to this fruit-forward mule. Fresh cucumber and watermelon provide a crisp, cooling finish that makes this an ideal warm-weather highball.
