To a shaker add: 2 oz sake (Junmai preferred) 2 oz Ripe Classic Cosmopolitan Mixer 1/2 oz Maraska Maraschino Cherry Liqueur 3 dashes cherry bitters Add ice, shake, and double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with gummy hearts.
Editor's Note
Sake swaps in for vodka, giving this Cosmo a smooth grain character that lets Maraska’s cherry liqueur shine against the sweet mixer.
