Shake all but ginger beer with ice and dump into a tall Collins glass or cooler. Add ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig. Very refreshing summery drink. You can make a Dying Bastard by adding Brandy, or a Dead Bastard by adding Brandy and Rum.
