This Mai Tai was bringing the tropical vibes with a twist! I kept the classic foundation—rum, lime, orange liqueur, and orgeat—but added a little flair on top. For the float, I combined rich dark rum with a splash of Peychaud’s bitters, giving it a gorgeous hue and a subtle herbal edge that played perfectly with the sweetness and citrus. Sipping this felt like summer in a glass with a hint of New Orleans.
