Fairy Spritz

It’s been terribly hot where I live, and all I wanted to drink today was a refreshing spritz. I was thinking of using Lillet and expected Absinthia’s absinthe would add more complexity, and it totally does!
Ingredients
- 2.5 ozLillet Blanc
- 2 ozCava Or Other Sparkling Wine
- 3.5 ozSeltzer, Club Soda Or Sparkling Water
- 1 bar spoonAbsinthia Absinthe Verte
