Straight from the recipe book of @ellas.cocktails and the folks at Fiero Tequila — this one was way too good to pass up. A bold mix of passion fruit and spicy tequila that seriously hit the spot. I couldn’t track down fresh passion fruit, so I swapped in syrup instead (juice would’ve worked, but honestly, not much difference at that point). Still turned out delish. Pro tip: don’t skip the cilantro garnish — the added element of the aromatics is unreal.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle cilantro, then add all ingredients, including the passion fruit syrup, and shake with ice. Strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro and enjoy!
