The Fiero Cucumber

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker. 2. Add ice. 3. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. 4. Garnish with a lime flower.

Editor's Note

Cucumber puree and a split base of fresh lime juice and lime cordial give this Gimlet a fresh, vegetal lift. The gin's anise notes play against the bright citrus for a layered, summery finish.
