Here is a wonderful Gin and Green Chartreuse Sour. The herbal and botanical notes with the velvet texture from the egg white, make such a wonderful cocktail.

Dry shake all ingredients without ice. Then, add ice and shake again (wet shake). I prefer to shake with a single large ice cube. Fine strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with a Lime Wheel and Cocktail Cherry.
