Time to celebrate the end of the work week. As nice as Monday holidays can be, the shortened week that follows entails catching up on the busy to-do list. This week was no exception. A drink was definitely earned. I was gifted some infused tequilas. This Midwesterner is a baby when it comes to spicy food so, of course, I had to challenge myself with the spiciest option: habanero-infused tequila.
